• Poster Session

There will be a poster session on Tuesday, 7 April during 16:30 - 18:00. Submit your abstract by email to kfturkman@fc.ul.pt . Note the deadline.

•   Posters to be presented at SETA2009  must include the following sections:

	A concise title.
	Names and addresses of authors, underlining the name of the author who will present the paper.
	A short summary of the work presented.
	Key references.
	The main body of the poster which can be divided in several sections (e.g., Introduction, Experimental and/or Computational Details, Figures, Results and Discussion, Conclusion).

•    There are three ways to present a poster in Hotel VIP Art, all in the same area (please state your preference):

Attached to the wall or a column: maximum dimensions 80 x 120 cm (width x height). We provide the material to attach the poster.

Attached to panels: you can use three panels of maximum 50 x 1.50 cm (width x height). We provide the material to attach the poster.

On a monitor : there are three monitors that can be connected with a dvd player. If you choose to make a presentation on dvd, you should provide a dvd player and a remote control.
